So no evidence of threats to that member, just a claim of them having

happened by another. Any evidence those happened? Charges filed?

Again no one is defending death threats. I hope any such threats are gone after and prosecuted fully. There is no excuse for that no matter who the public servant threatened is.

But claiming the same in an effort to silence critical speech shouldn't be tolerated either.
